please fix this. I cannot see. I would like to be able to download a book from a site, but I can't because the link won't work. It asks for something other than https://mybooksite.com, but I can't read what that text is because there's not enough space between the two letters "b" in the word "book." In addition, when I try to submit an answer, it says "Unknown Error - Your answer does not match requested pattern," and then asks me again to enter a username and email address which do not exist on this computer or anywhere else. This is a very frustrating experience; can you fix it? As of May 2014, the entire page is cut off. The last words that are visible are "book intel ug pdf download." I can get around this by reducing my browser window size, but the inability to read the page makes this difficult to use. Oh, and you still haven't fixed your website's design glitch. I've sent you several requests for help about it over the past two years and have never gotten any response from you. As of December 2015, it still exists.
